With the release of the book intitled “At the dawn of Humanity, enterprise a better world”, the authors Laura Petrache and Yannick Le Guern, provide a comprehensive diagnosis of current and future crises that are causing the fragmentation of our society, rushing its fall. Hopefully, in times of fundamental crisis, a window of opportunity for change opens-up and can be purposefully leveraged to positively impact the course of action. In this context, the book aims to provide new visions, methods, concepts, and sustainable solutions, in order to act concretely and build a better humanity.
It is the beneficial impact of the human and citizens’ entrepreneurial spirit that the authors seek to harness in the bid to help, contributing towards a better world, for current and future generations. They provide guidance on how “to build a more cooperative and cohesive society via common projects, as to co-create a new sustainable system”.
Ultimately, the authors work towards a world where competitive advantage becomes collective benefit and where we can share this blue-green planet with all the other global citizens in harmony and peace. The shape of the book is represented as a philosophic and political essay that defines the spirit, the vision, and the project of what could be an evolving society in an interconnected and changing world. The political project that the authors propose, is based on active citizenship, an evolutionary society, and an entrepreneurial humanist praxis. The authors lay the foundations of the “entrepreneurial democracy”, a “new social contract” and the “societal republican and entrepreneurial state”.
The essay offers us a unique opportunity to improve our understanding of the interdependent social processes in an increasingly globalised world. Also, it challenges us to integrate participatory processes in our interactions and decisions with a clear vision and a strategy for a desired transformation for the well-being of all, by imagining a better future in a “Eudemonic society.”
For the authors, symbols of the encounter between two worlds, a citizens’ revolution is the “sine qua non” condition for producing a new society; a world that is more united, more democratic, and socially happier. In short, a world where trust prevails over fear. In parallel with the book, an international awareness and crowdfunding campaign called “BE ONE HUMANITY” will be launched. The earnings generated from both the book and the campaign will be used to finance and accompany collaborative and social innovation projects from all over the world, in order to build “a better humanity” and to support the emergence of a new generation of societal, citizen entrepreneurs.

Avec la sortie de « À l’aube de l’Humanité — Idées concrètes pour changer le monde », les auteurs posent un diagnostic global des crises actuelles et à venir qui font que la société se fragmente et se désagrège. Ils nous redonnent de l’espoir et montrent que nous sommes à un moment clef pour transformer enfin ces crises en opportunités, malgré les prévisions d’un futur noir et incertain pour nos démocraties. Con el lanzamiento de "Al amanecer de la humanidad - Soluciones sustentables para construir un mundo mejor", los autores Yannick Le Guern y Laura Petrache, brindan un diagnóstico integral de las crisis actuales y futuras que están provocando la fragmentación de nuestra sociedad, precipitando su caída. Nos dan esperanza y muestran que estamos en un momento clave para convertir estas crisis en oportunidades, a pesar de las predicciones de un futuro oscuro e incierto para nuestras democracias. Este libro es un ensayo de filosofía y acción política concreta que se basa en conceptos innovadores como la "democracia empresarial" o el "Estado social republicano y empresarial" y tiene como objetivo crear una comunidad de destino, un proyecto político común, llevado por una ciudadanía activa, emprendedora y evolutiva, a través de una reflexión sobre lo que nos une: la Humanidad.
Aporta nuevas visiones, métodos y soluciones duraderas, así como ejes y herramientas de política pública al servicio de una sociedad resiliente. Propone la creación de una sociedad eudemónica concreta, es decir, del bienestar común, de la felicidad colectiva, a través de proyectos de innovación ciudadana y social. “No debemos ceder al pesimismo, la inacción y la violencia sino que, por el contrario, podemos transformar nuestra conciencia política y renovar los compromisos cívicos, para construir una humanidad mejor, desde la generación actual y para las generaciones venideras. El objetivo de este ensayo sobre filosofía y acción política es repensar una visión y un proyecto político común, basado en un humanismo de cooperación, en renovados compromisos cívicos individuales y colectivos, es decir una poïesis ciudadana, para trascender lo que nos divide y crear una sociedad común, apaciguada más allá de los resentimientos. El espíritu de este ensayo lleva como guía para la acción un humanismo radical. Tiene como objetivo dar esperanza, implementar soluciones para un futuro más justo para todos, crear un destino común y deseable basado en los valores de libertad, igualdad, dignidad, fraternidad y solidaridad. El desafío es contribuir a transformar la acción public y sus medios de ejecución, que sean a la vez más emprendedores, eficientes, basados en valores republicanos, y crear una sociedad eudemónica concreta con una cohesión social reforzada.
Paralelamente al libro, se lanzará una campaña internacional de sensibilización y crowdfunding denominada “SER UNA HUMANIDAD”. Las ganancias generadas tanto por el libro como por la campaña se utilizarán para financiar y acompañar proyectos de innovación social y colaborativa de todo el mundo, con el fin de construir "una humanidad mejor" y apoyar el surgimiento de una nueva generación de ciudadanos empresarios sociales.

Si spera che in tempi di crisi fondamentali, si apra una finestra di opportunità di cambiamento che può essere sfruttata in modo mirato per incidere positivamente sul corso dell'azione.
In questo contesto, il libro mira a fornire nuove visioni, metodi, concetti, soluzioni sostenibili, come agire concretamente per costruire un'umanità migliore. È l'impatto benefico dello spirito imprenditoriale umano e cittadino che gli autori cercano di sfruttare nel tentativo di aiutare, contribuendo a un mondo migliore, per le generazioni attuali e future.

Odată cu lansarea carții „Zorii umanității: Soluții durabile pentru a construi o lume mai bună”, autorii Laura Petrache și Yannick Le Guern oferă un diagnostic complet al crizelor actuale și viitoare care duc la fragmentarea societății noastre, grăbind căderea acesteia. În perioade de criză fundamentală, se deschid ferestre de oportunitate pentru schimbare, care pot fi valorificate în mod intenționat pentru a avea un impact pozitiv asupra acțiunilor viitoare.
În acest context, cartea își propune să ofere noi viziuni, metode, concepte, soluții durabile, astfel încât să se acționeze concret pentru a construi o umanitate mai bună. Autorii doresc să valorifice impactul benefic al spiritului antreprenorial al cetățenilor, în încercarea de a ajuta și a contribui la crearea unei lumi mai bune, pentru generațiile actuale și viitoare. În cele din urmă, se prezintă „o lume în care avantajul competitiv devine beneficiu colectiv și în care„ putem împărți această planetă verde-albastră cu toți cetățenii în armonie și pace ”. Eseul ne oferă o oportunitate unică de a ne îmbogăți înțelegerea proceselor sociale reciproc interdependente într-o lume din ce în ce mai globalizată, abordând multiple „fatete Ianus” ale evoluției societăților noastre.
De asemenea, ne provoacă să integrăm procesele participative în interacțiunile și deciziile noastre cu o viziune clară și o strategie pentru o transformare dorită spre bunăstarea tuturor, imaginându-ne un viitor mai bun într-o „societate eudemonică”. Pentru autori, simboluri ale întâlnirii dintre două lumi, « revoluția cetățenilor » este condiția „sine qua non” pentru producerea unei noi societăți; o lume mai unită, mai democratică și mai fericită din punct de vedere social. Pe scurt, o „lume în care încrederea prevalează asupra fricii”. "As a commitment to read 12 books in 2021, a challenge inspired from Shannon Busta, MBA, I finished this year the reading of “At the dawn of humanity” book, written by Yannick Le Guern and Laura Petrache. Here are three reasons that you should read this book.
First reason: I like the book because of this strong desire to impact the world to live better, to dive deeper into what it means to be human beings and more than all, how to live better all together. Second reason: I like it due to the way the authors deliver their perspectives for 2030 and beyond (on how the world may evolve) with a deep analysis of trends.
Third: the authors explore and propose ways to move from thinking to actions. A key word is social entrepreneurship. They deliver ways of how to impact positivelly the world by doing good and "doing well", delivering beterness for people at the scale of territories, nations, supranational and worlwide level! In other words they deliver solutions for a happier society.
On short: Laura & Yannick deliver sustainable solutions on how to set up an efficient governance at global level, with this key principle (that we are humans with the same features) and that this "wise" & "efficient" governance we could not treat it completely independently.
